Steve Barnes

Steve grew up in Gaston County. He played trumpet in high school and has a degree in Music Education from Appalachian State University where he studied trumpet under Joe Phelps. He plays for churches, weddings, school musicals, and is also a member of the Coming Up Brass.

Steve also has a graduate degree in Business Administration from Pfeiffer University at Charlotte and is an Applications Programmer for the Timken Company in Lincolnton, NC.

 Steve is married to Diane and they have two children.
